Installation
On the scheduled date, our team will arrive fully equipped with all the necessary tools to install your charger. We will conduct thorough testing to ensure proper functionality and performance.
Connectivity
Upon completion of the installation, our team will connect your charger to your Wi-Fi network, enabling you to fully utilize the features of the MyWallbox App. This will allow you to have remote control and management capabilities for your charger.
Guidance
We will provide you with detailed instructions and guidance on how to use both the charger and the App. Should you require any assistance or have any questions, our team is always available to provide you with the support you need.
